How do we make a complaint?
In the first instance we'd encourage our customers to contact our Content Manager, Jon Francis. You can email him: jon@radionewshub.com or contact him by calling +44(0)113 388 6502. Further to this our complaints team will be happy to listen to your concerns. You can email complaints@radionewshub.com. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within ten working days.
If you're a listener to one of our client radio stations any production complaints such as backing music should be raised directly with the station. We dispatch all bulletins dry and will be unable to assist on this.
Do you provide bespoke services?
